Assuming this is grandad waterfield's dad, as freebmd shows a birth of a william R to a Harly and I can find a marriage of a Henry Waterfield to a Emily Laura Hardy in September 1898 in Norwich. Hardy/Harly could easily be a typo and without any info from Mum this will have to do. Additionally the 1911 census shows him married to a Laura. Familysearch has William R's mother as Hardy, so I think we can be certain this is his father and mother
