Difficult to trace, I think the birth is Emma Eli(s)abeth Lacey. Can find no obvious record in the Census for 1901, but only 2 emma laceys with a birth date of 1893 show up and both seem wrong (one Emma M Lacey) in Great Yarmouth the other born In India. Tried searching for Lacy and get a Robert Lacy (the transcript dropped the 'e' but I think it's there) with a daughter called Emma, the right age and born in Norwich. But they are in Oldham (4 Moorfield Street, Crompton). See the .pdf Had another go at this and found an Emma Lacey the right age,daughter to Robert in 1911. Then found her again in 1901 via Robert but in Lancashire, which may be why I could not find her before. But how do you know if it's her??????? This is her, she shows on the 1911 census with 2 brothers born in Lancashire so I think we can be pretty confident. If it is her, Father was Robert born in Horsford 1871(ish) Mother is Martha Bygrave (b. 1873 ish) married Norwich 1891.
